  • Do you make gluten full items?

    Unfortunately no. Due to our severe gluten allergy (that has gotten worse over the years) we do not work with or keep it in our test kitchen. We can happily direct you to some of our talented friends who do amazing gluten full products.

  • Do you have any vegan or dairy free items?

    Yes and no. We have a small selection of items that are vegan and we can do some of our items diary free. We try our best, however it is not our specialty

  • Do you have any items that are low sugar?

    Not yet! We get asked fairly often and have some items on our list for testing in the future.

    Feel free to reach out to us if there is something specific you’d like.

  • Are you nut free?

    Unfortunately not. Several of our recipes do include nuts. Although we take allergies incredibly serious, cross contamination can still occur.

  • Why do you need 14 days notice for a cake?

    It is important to us to make sure we give you the best of our time and talents. Depending on how detailed your design is, we need time to ensure we can successfully make all the details and have enough ingredients.

    Please contact me if your time limit is shorter. I can accommodate on some occasions.

  • I'd like to order a cake for my wedding, where do I start?

    Send us an email with your wedding date, guest count and inspiration photos and we will start from there!

  • Do you deliver?

    Delivery is FREE when you order $50 or more. Alternatively, during market season you can pick up!

    Delivery is also free with most cake orders.

  • Do you have a shop?

    Not yet!

    Although a brick and mortar is the hope one day, you can visit us at markets and pop ups.

  • Can I visit you in your test kitchen?

    Unfortunately not. Our test kitchen is just that, a test kitchen with only certain people allowed to work in there.

  • Why do your prices seem so much higher than other GF baking?

    #1 We take absolutely no shortcuts. For example if you order lemon curd, we use fresh lemons and do everything by hand.

    #2 We use high quality ingredients and try to use organic where we can.

    #3 We ARE fully gluten free and make all our own recipes. This takes a lot of time, patience and ingredients to get to that perfect texture. We don’t use any xanthan gum or guar gum.
